  • 【Liege, Belgium】 人生初ベルギーは、ワッフルの本場の街として有名なリエージュへ。蚤の市で「鏡よ、鏡よ」をやった後、地元のビール酒造の非常に飲みやすいあっさりビールを3杯ほど。(📷3) 更に、仲良くなった店主からショットのプレゼントもあり、ふわっとイイ気分に。その直後、何を思ったか1800年代に作られた373段の長い石段、Montagne de Bueren(ビューラン山)」(📷4)の往復にチャレンジ。絶対、バーと階段、順番間違えたよね...。 For the first time in my life, I went to Belgium, to Liege, famous as the home of waffles. After a "mirror, mirror, mirror" at the flea market, we had three beers from the local beer brewery (📷3). And right after that, we tried to go up and down the "Montagne de Bueren (Mount Bueren)," a 373 long stone steps built in the 1800s.   • 【Heerlen, Nederlands】 今回、拠点にしていたオランダの南部の街ヘールレン。滞在2日目にして、地元のTV局から街頭インタビュー受けました。(📷1,2)話題は @tinaturner が亡くなったことに関して。勝手に日本代表になった気持ちで応え、オランダ語の字幕付きでオンエアされました🎥 ヘールレンは、空気感も人もよく大好きな街になりましたが、地元にあるメジャーなスーパーの名前が「JUMBO」🐶と知り、更にハートを鷲掴みにされました(📷3) This time, I was based in Heerlen, a city in the south of the Netherlands.   • 働きすぎていた日本から脱出→ヨーロッパ4カ国で充電してきました。 【Maastricht, Netherland】 オランダ最古の都市、マーストリヒトでは、大聖堂やオランダ最古の門Helpoort(📷3)など観光スポット目白押し。1番インスパイアされたのは、なんといっても「世界で1番美しい書店」と称されるブックハンデル・ドミニカーネン(📷5) 古い教会を改装して造られたもので、歴史とモダンなセンスの化学反応が凄まじい。住んだら毎日通っちゃうなぁ。 Escape from overworked life in Japan → Recharged my energy in 4 European countries. Maastricht, Netherland In Maastricht, the oldest city in the Netherlands, there are many tourist attractions such as the cathedral and the oldest gate in the Netherlands, Helpoort (📷3), etc. What inspired me the most was Bookhandel Dominikanen (📷5), which is called "the most beautiful bookstore in the world". The chemistry between the history and the modern style is amazing.
